//gPUsh XXX Bond B.V. is the issuing entity for bond loans, remains the owner of the GPUs and holds direct contracts with all relevant stakeholders. Activities include accounting and tax filing, interest payments & repayments to lenders. Each loan will get a separate ring-fenced SPV.
Shareholders: Teele Horstra, Evert Kroll, Krijn Verbeek, and Jesper Zennemers each hold 22.5% ownership.
